Little Livingstone’s Preschool

At preschool, we ask children to wear a uniform of a polo shirt and jumper or cardigan that has the Livingstone Road Primary Federation logo. The uniform links to our main school uniform and allows our Little Livingstone children to feel part of and represent our Federation.

Wearing a preschool uniform also supports children’s transition to their formal education.

We suggest that children wear comfy jogging bottoms, leggings or shorts which where possible should be black or grey. Children should also wear appropriate footwear to preschool such as a pair of black shoes, trainers or plimsolls. In the winter, children should have a pair of wellies, a hat and gloves and in the summer a sunhat.

Named Uniform

Please ensure all uniform is clearly named in order that lost property can be returned to its owner. If items are not returned then please first and foremost speak to your child’s class teacher. However, unnamed items are extremely difficult to return to their rightful owner.

Preloved Uniform

The Federation Office has a stock of preloved uniform for sale to parents/carers. Items are between 50p or £1. The PTFA organises half-termly preloved uniform sales after school and details of these events are included in the weekly Friday letter. The Federation accepts donations from parents/carers of preloved uniform in order to support these sales. Donations should be dropped off direct to the Federation office.
